Originally started in 2014, the company sought a new owner, Donna Brasfield. Donna’s vision led to discussions that resulted in an evolutionary relaunch of the business in 2023 under new leadership and a new vision. The name Donna means ‘lady of the house’ (a title of respect in Italy, her family’s native country). As a woman, and lady of her own house, with four daughters, Donna is an expert in persistently maintaining cleanliness, order, and a toxic-free environment. Our customers can achieve the same.

Excelsia will not be the Lowest cost provider, nor will it be the most expensive.
The reason for this is because to be the cheapest means being the lowest cost in everything, whether it’s labor, cleaning materials, or operations of the company. To achieve excellence and grow our customer base, this all begins with great personnel – our greatest investment and asset. We hire hard-working American citizens who have all been background checked, trained and are treated with dignity and respect. They are our Excelsia family. To avoid becoming overpriced Excelsia is focused on keeping our overhead low in the interest of our customers, personnel, and our ability to reinvest in the company.
